In these terms and conditions “we” and “us” and “Cpcromwell Furniture” mean Cpcromwell Furniture Nigeria LTD, and “you” means you as the customer. By placing an order through this website (“Website”), you agree to the terms set forth below along with Cpcromwell furnitures’s Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use. These Terms together with your order confirmation constitute the contract between us and you for the supply of products. No other terms and conditions shall apply. The contract cannot be changed unless Cpcromwell furniture agrees to change it in writing or by email.

BY USING THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THE THESE TERMS, PLEASE EXIT THE WEBSITE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THIS WEBSITE IS TO CEASE USING THE WEBSITE. THESE TERMS ARE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.

Payment Policy:

There is no refund after payment.

Customers are advised to take delivery of product fully paid for within 14days of purchase to avoid price increment and re-sell of product.

Return Policy:

For any product in its original, undamaged condition, you can return it to us along with the sales receipt within 14 days of the date you received the product. We will provide a refund of the purchase price, less any shipping and handling fees from the original order. You are responsible for the cost of shipping.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warranty:

Additional Cpcromwell Furniture Product Terms
The purchase and use of Cpcromwell Furniture products is subject to additional terms and conditions of 6 months warranty period for product on promo and 12 months warranty period for product not on promo.

This warranty does not cover glass and marble products against breakages.

Incase of any damages and misuse of product like “turn fabric, broken product etc.” warranty will be void.

Shipping and Delivery:

Cpcromwell Furniture ships items nationwide. Additional shipping surcharges may be applicable on some orders based on the product selected and/or recipient’s location. The delivery date of your order can be impacted by many events beyond Cpcromwell Furniture’s control once it leaves our facilities. For this reason, Cpcromwell Furniture cannot be held liable for any delays in scheduled deliveries. To prevent any unnecessary delays processing your order, please ensure that the billing address on your order is precise and accurate.

Governing Law:

This Website (excluding any third-party websites) is controlled by us from our offices located in Benin Nigeria and the statutes and laws of the state of Edo state shall be controlling, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. With respect to all matters arising under these Terms, you agree to and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of the state of Nigeria having competent subject matter jurisdiction.

ABOUT OUR WARRANTY:

The exclusive Cpcromwell warranty is available only to you, the original purchaser, and becomes valid with your delivery date. Cpcromwell will repair or replace at our discretion any piece of furniture that is defective in material or artistry under the terms and conditions outlined here.

HOW TO PROCEED IF YOU OBSERVE A DEFECT: First and foremost, should you notice a manufacturing defect, it is essential that you promptly notify us to exercise your rights under this warranty, you must submit the original sales receipt and delivery ticket when making a claim.

The Cpcromwell coverings warranty does not include fading or stains from spills such as (but not limited to) acids, solvents, dyes, ink, paint, or other corrosive chemicals or body fluids, or damage resulting from improper handling or exposure to extreme weather or atmospheric condition. We caution consumers against improper cleaning, abuse, negligence, application of chemical products, and exposure of coverings to sunlight, bright light or extreme heat. Items so exposed are not protected by this warranty.
